Return & Refund Policy
To be eligible for a return or refund, the item must be in its original condition—unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. Additionally, a receipt or proof of purchase is required, and the purchase must have been made within the last 15 days.
To initiate a return, please email us at ourahomedecore@gmail.com. If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to return the item. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages or Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and record a video if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and assist with resolving it.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for items that have been damaged by the customer, provided proof of damage at the time of delivery is submitted. Additionally, returns or exchanges are not accepted for items purchased during sales events, such as Summer/Winter/Ramadan/Eid, clearance sales, or items bought with a discount code.
Exchanges
For exchanges, we suggest returning the original item first. After the return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired item. Please note that exchanges incur a 30% restocking fee based on the original purchase price.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund status. If your refund is approved, 30% of the original purchase price will be deducted, and the remaining balance will be refunded to your preferred payment method. Please allow 3-15 days for your bank or credit card Company to process the refund
